How does the Reseller program work?

The reseller acts for and on behalf of their own clients. To all appearances the services they resell will be theirs. We provide the Internet connections, web server hardware and software. We also provide technical support to the reseller. Each reseller is responsible for their own clients accounts, the reseller's client has no contact with us, all billing and client support is the responsibility of the Reseller. The reseller is still bound by our Terms & Conditions of content of resold web site accounts.

Plan 1 - 25% discount - Sales Associate
|
|
On our Plan 1 Account, your client would sign up on our hosting page. In the promo code please enter RESELLER25. At this point, your client would pay Edge Web Hosting directly for any hosting fees and you would receive a permanent 25% commission on every site that if hosting for one of your clients on our servers. This releaves the burden of any billing and support services from your organization and Edge Web Hosting takes care of all web related services for your client.

Plan 2 - 50% discount - Reseller
|
|
On our Plan 2 reseller account, Edge Web Hosting is completely transparent to your clients. We make no contact to your client unless specifically directed by you. On this plan, we bill you for all web hosting services directly at a 50% saving and you handle the billing to your client. Your company is the front line for technical support and all technical support is handled between Edge Web Hosting and your organization. How do I become a Reseller?
|
|
To become a Reseller you open a Reseller account, please call our sales department to setup your account as a reseller account and allow you to start making money today. The account can be paid for in 3, 6 or 12 month increments.

What accounts can I resell?
|
|
The make up of the accounts you resell is your choice, we do not pre configure any of your resold accounts.

How much can I charge for resold accounts?
|
|
We do not set policy as to what a reseller can charge for the resold accounts, that is strictly between you the reseller and your client.

Reseller Terms and Conditions
|
|
To become a reseller with Edge Web, you must have at least an Expert account or above. You will then receive your reseller discounts on all plans of equal or lesser value after your first account. Reseller discounts do not apply to colocation or dedicated hosting plans. If you purchase a higher account than your primary, the higher end account becomes your main account and the discounts will be applied additional accounts of equal or lessor value. Reseller discounts do not apply to service fees listed on our fee schedule.
