About the Server we use

To provide you with the most reliable service, we limit the number of sites per server. Low server utilization ensures that your site will always have all of the resources it needs. Server utilization is divided based on the type of account you have:

Your website will be housed on our reliable web servers, which are configured with the latest hardware and software available. Every server goes through a rigorous battery of burn in tests designed to test reliability. We use the latest Intel® Processors, generous amounts of RAM and high-speed caching RAID controllers on every server to ensure two goals: Blazing performance and unparalleled reliability. Our Database servers are equiped with multiple Intel® XEON Processors and RAM to spare, so access to your data is lightning-fast.

High levels of redundancy are built into every server, including cooling fans, power supplies, and network interface cards so hardware issues don't cause downtime. Complete spare servers are always maintained on-site and ready to go, should a larger hardware issue occur.
